Features:

Here are some other tips to get maximum enjoyment out of your videos.

Before you can start watching, there are a few things you need to prepare.

First, make sure that your internet connection is fast enough to handle streaming video. Netflix recommends at least 5 Mbps for standard-definition content and 25 Mbps for high-definition content. You'll also want to make sure that your computer or media device is connected directly to the router via an Ethernet cable, as this will offer the best quality video stream.

If you're connecting via Wi-Fi, you should also check that your router has enough bandwidth available for all of the devices connected to it. This can be done by going into your router's settings and checking its connection speed, which should be displayed as "Mbps" (megabits per second). If it's less than 5 Mbps, then upgrading your router may help solve any problems related to buffering or slow speeds during playback of video streams.

  1. Know what you want to watch

The easiest way to avoid wasting time is by knowing exactly what you want to see. You can search for movies or shows based on their title, genre or star rating. If you know exactly what you're looking for, Netflix will help you find it quickly and easily.

If you're feeling like watching something familiar but don't know where to start, try one of our lists with recommendations for popular titles that have recently been added to our service:

  1. Skip trailers

Trailers can be fun, but they take time and sometimes they aren't even accurate representations of the movies they promote because they're shortened versions of longer films with different plots and characters than those shown in the previews — so skip them if possible!
